By participating in this sweepstakes and submitting your comment to enter this sweepstakes (the \u201cSweepstakes\u201d), you (\u201cEntrant\u201d) accept and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\t

  1. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes runs for one day, June 19, 2020, until 11:59 p.m. EST (\u201cSweepstakes Period\u201d). <\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t
  2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. You must comply with all Terms and Conditions. Employees, immediate family members of employees, and directors or contractors of Samaritan\u2019s Purse or the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association are not eligible for prizes.<\/span><\/li>\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n
  3. How to Enter: \t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t
      \r\n\t\t\t\t\t
    1. Samaritan\u2019s Purse will promote the Sweepstakes by posting on Facebook and Instagram (a \u201cPromotional Post\u201d). Entrants may enter on Facebook or Instagram. On Facebook, entrants must leave a comment on the Promotional Post. On Instagram, entrants must (i) \u201cfollow\u201d @OperationChristmasChild on Instagram, (ii) \u201clike\u201d a Promotional Post, and (iii) post a comment tagging a friend in response to a Promotional Post (Entrant\u2019s comment is referred to as an \u201centry comment\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
    2. On Instagram, each entry comment must tag one (1) friend, and each entry comment may contain no more than one (1) tagged friend.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
    3. You are encouraged to enter multiple times throughout the Sweepstakes Period.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
    4. You are encouraged to share a Promotional Post on your Facebook or Instagram account to invite friends to enter, but sharing on Facebook will not increase chances of winning.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
    5. Entry comments must be posted visible to public.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
    6. You must be the sole, original author of your entry comment.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
    7. Changes may not be made to an entry comment once it has been posted. <\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
    8. Entry comments must not contain any material that infringes another\u2019s rights, including without limitation material that violates intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyright, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights, or include trademarks, logos, insignia, location signage, photographs, artwork, or sculptures, except those owned by Samaritan\u2019s Purse. Entry comments must not include pictures or depictions of third parties, including without limitation minors, celebrities, and friends who have not expressly authorized Entrant to display their image or likeness in any entry comment.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
    9. Samaritan\u2019s Purse reserves the right to hide or delete any entry comment for any reason.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\r\n\t\t\t<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t
    10. Intellectual Property: You retain rights to your entry comments; however, by entering the Sweepstakes, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, (a) you grant Samaritan\u2019s Purse a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entry comment, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, in furtherance of Samaritan\u2019s Purse\u2019s non-profit purpose; (b) Samaritan\u2019s Purse is not obligated to provide any authorship or design credit for entry comments, although it may choose to do so; and (c) Samaritan\u2019s Purse shall not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with any uses of the entry comments.<\/span><\/li>\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n \t\t\t
    11. Winner Selection and Odds:\r\n\t\t\t\t
        \r\n\t\t\t\t\t
      1. Twenty (20) winning entry comments from the total number of Facebook and Instagram entries will be selected at random by Samaritan\u2019s Purse at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
      2. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the close of the Sweepstakes Period.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
      3. Winners will be notified by Tuesday, June 23, 2020. Notification will be made by Samaritan\u2019s Purse in writing via responding to the winning comments.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
      4. Samaritan\u2019s Purse reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, and winning entries will be the final decision of Samaritan\u2019s Purse.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t
      5. Prize:\r\n\t\t\t\t
          \r\n\t\t\t\t\t
        1. Each of the twenty (20) Prizes consists of ten (10) empty plastic preprinted Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. Shipping costs are included in the Prize.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
        2. If no eligible entries are entered, no Prize will be awarded. Samaritan\u2019s Purse reserves the right to make a Prize substitution in the event that force majeure events make the Prize impossible or inadvisable in the sole discretion of Samaritan\u2019s Purse. Force majeure as used herein means acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disaster, or other events of a similar nature or force.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
        3. The winner may not transfer or substitute a Prize except at Samaritan\u2019s Purse\u2019s sole discretion.<\/span><\/li> \r\n\t\t\t\t\t
        4. The winner is responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to provide information to Samaritan\u2019s Purse in order to facilitate receipt of a Prize, including completing and submitting any tax forms when necessary. It is also the sole responsibility of the winner to satisfy any applicable reporting requirements.<\/span><\/li> \r\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t\t\t
        5. Verification of Eligibility and Claiming of Prize:\r\n\t\t\t\t

          1. Prize award is subject to Samaritan\u2019s Purse\u2019s verification of the winner\u2019s identity and eligibility.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
          2. The Winners will be notified through a reply to the Winners\u2019 comments. To receive the Prize, the winners must email occinfo@samaritan.org<\/a> to provide a valid mailing address within the continental U.S. If the confirmation email is not received by Samaritan\u2019s Purse within five (5) calendar days of Samaritan\u2019s Purse\u2019s winner notification post, the Prize is forfeited. Do not<\/u> include any address or personal information in your social media comments.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t
