BOONE, N.C., Oct. 11, 2018—<\/strong>Samaritan\u2019s Purse is on the way to the Florida Panhandle and other hard-hit communities to aid families devastated by Hurricane Michael. This unprecedented storm has destroyed homes, caused widespread flooding and left families in desperate need. The international Christian relief organization is deploying a team of disaster relief specialists and a tractor-trailer stocked with tools and emergency relief supplies to help families recover from the storm.<\/p>\r\n\r\n \u201cHurricane Michael is the worst storm to hit the Florida Panhandle in the last 150 years.
