On December 2, 2022, Curt had just arrived in Florida and was preparing to do another service project with Samaritan's Purse, helping with hurricane relief on the Gulf Coast and this was something he loved to do. He had been involved numerous times with Samaritan's Purse all over the southern United States working with their disaster relief teams to rebuild and minister to communities impacted by natural disasters. Curt had just met a friend for lunch then shortly afterward was involved in a car accident, and he tragically passed away.

We are grateful that Curt did not suffer, and while we are so very sad that he is no longer here on this earth with us, we know that Curt is NOT sad, and that he is having a grand old time in Heaven.

There will be a Celebration of Life service Friday, December 30, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at Crestview Community Church, 1400 Ortman Lane, Lafayette, IN 47909.
