What is a donor-advised fund (DAF)?

A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a way of giving that provides an immediate tax benefit to you, while providing you with the opportunity to direct funds toward the charity of your choice.

Why support Samaritan’s Purse through your donor-advised fund?

Samaritan’s Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. The organization serves the Church worldwide to promote the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Through your gift, we are able to help strengthen local churches and provide for the needs of hurting people in even the most remote corners of the globe. Since 1970, Samaritan’s Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God’s love through His Son, Jesus Christ.

How do I give through a donor-advised fund?

OPTION 1: Work with your financial institution or foundation to recommend a DAF.

Contact your financial institution or foundation regarding a gift to Samaritan’s Purse, or simply donate online through the links listed below.

OPTION 2: Contact your fund manager.

Working with your fund manager, recommend supporting Samaritan’s Purse and provide your fund manager with the desired gift amount. Your fund manager will then send the gift amount directly to Samaritan’s Purse.
