Water filters and a training gives a local pastor an opportunity to share about Christ
Recently, Samaritan’s Purse distributed household water filters to families in northwestern Cambodia. Afterward, two hygiene officers conducted training to teach people how to use the filters, especially for hand washing. The villagers came with their children and were happy while learning and playing games. They concentrated on the lessons and participated in the trainings.
The training took place on a local church playground. After the lesson, the pastor of the church shared the Good News with the attendees. Many people said it was the first time they had attended the church, and we’re hopeful that they’ll attend a regular Sunday service next.
