SAMARITAN’S PURSE BRINGS PHYSICAL RELIEF AND HOPE TO HURTING PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD
Samaritan’s Purse helps men, women, and children who are victims of war, poverty, disaster, and famine. We work in more than 100 countries, addressing critical needs such as food, clean water, shelter, and medicine. We also help hurting people in the United States, including wounded U.S. soldiers and their spouses, and homeowners devastated by natural disasters.
From hurricanes in the Caribbean, Florida, and western North Carolina to flooding in Brazil, Vietnam, and Spain, we responded in 2024 with critical aid and the hope found only in the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We also delivered armored ambulances to Israel, rebuilt houses in Kentucky and Alabama, constructed a church on a remote Alaskan island, dedicated a new cardiothoracic center in Kenya, and supplied tons of emergency food to refugees in Sudan. Our medical volunteers served in mission hospitals across the globe and our first World Medical Mission mobile dentistry team treated nearly 300 patients in underserved communities in El Salvador. Closer to home, God healed marriages of wounded U.S. veterans and their spouses through Operation Heal Our Patriots. We also watched God work mightily in the lives of children and their families through Operation Christmas Child outreach events and The Greatest Journey discipleship classes.
You can donate here and help us take the hope of the Gospel to the desperate, oppressed, and impoverished. Give before 12 a.m. Jan. 1 (local time) for a 2024 receipt.
Samaritan's Purse is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity and has been helping in Jesus’ Name since 1970.
