Maui, Hawaii 2025
After the Lahaina fires in 2023, Samaritan’s Purse opened a rebuild program in Hawaii. The rebuild team is hard at work in Lahaina to finish construction on over 40 homes.

Eastern Kentucky 2025
U.S. Rebuild began in 2012, after Samaritan’s Purse responded to Hurricane Sandy. Since then, Samaritan’s Purse has done 51 rebuild programs across 20 states, including in Mississippi, Kentucky, Hawaii, Texas, and North Carolina.

Alaska 2025
In addition to rebuilding homes, Samaritan’s Purse also repairs homes; replaces mobiles homes, furniture, and appliances; and rebuilds infrastructures such as bridges, driveways, and culverts.

Western North Carolina 2025
U.S. Rebuild volunteers leave tangible reminders of God’s love for the homeowners throughout the rebuild process and sign a Bible with words of encouragement to give to the family at their home dedication.

Alaska 2025
Samaritan's Purse started rebuilding churches and other structures in Alaska, beginning with the fire-devastated village of Hooper Bay. Since 2006, Samaritan's Purse has completed more than 35 construction projects in Alaska.

Western North Carolina 2025
Samaritan’s Purse began its Hurricane Helene rebuild program in 2024 and plans to continue working in the area for years to come. The rebuild program is in the process of helping hundreds of families with long-term housing by providing mobile homes, building new homes, and replacing furniture and appliances.

Samaritan’s Purse often remains behind after initial disaster response to rebuild and restore homes for families who would otherwise be unable to afford the repairs and replacement of all they lost in a storm.

With a nod to how Jesus came and paid our debt in full, all homes built by Samaritan’s Purse are paid in full and furnished at no cost to the homeowners.
