Barbara Cox was a faithful servant who always loved helping others and was a blessing to all she met.

One of the many ministries she loved was Operation Christmas Child. She volunteered frequently at her church when they served as a Drop Off Location and was a light for Jesus as she welcomed those coming in with shoeboxes. She would help unload the cars filled with shoeboxes and always made sure they knew how thankful she was. She was an encouragement to all of the other volunteers serving that week as well. Just a few short weeks before Barbara went to be with Jesus, she was enjoying time with friends packing soap and washcloths into bags in preparation for this year's packing party.

Barbara knew that every child getting a box was going to hear about Jesus and that brought her so much joy.
