Bertha Perry Huff - Peachtree Corners, GA

Bertha Ann Perry Huff, was born January 22, 1937, and passed on June 20, 2024. She was a resident of Peachtree Corners in Georgia since 2008.

Born in Belle, West Virginia, she was educated in Logan County, West Virginia, schools, graduating from Logan High School in 1955. She attended college at WVIT, Montgomery, West Virginia, and also Marshall in Huntington, West Virginia, as a music education major. She returned to college in late 1980 and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in the School of Business at the University of North Alabama.

She was a secretary and also served as church organist and pianist most of her life. She taught private piano lessons. As a lifetime musician, she played her last hymn for her church on the week that she died.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Sarah Ellen (Ella) Bates Perry; sisters, Clara Mae Perry Kinder and her husband, Carl (Chuck), and Dorothy Kinder and her husband, Frank (Buster); brother, Luther Jr. and his wife Florence Lytle Perry; sister, Freda Perry Clay; nephew, Jim Kinder; and great-nephew, Philip Moran.

Those who survive are sons, Steven Huff (Debbie) and their sons, Zachary and his wife, Andrea, son, Jordan; son, Carl Huff; and son, Dale Huff (Valerie) and their children, Jeremy, Arianna Joy, and Abigail Grace Huff; and one great-grandson, Gentry Steven; and a great- granddaughter, Emma Kay. Also surviving are four nieces and their husbands, two nephews and wives, numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

Memorial service will be held at Peachtree Corners Baptist Church in Peachtree Corners, GA.
