Guillermo "Willie" Seguin, born December 17, 1956, in New York City, New York, passed away May 27, 2024.

Son of Cuban immigrants, Willie moved to Edinburg, Texas, where he began a fulfilling career in Texas Municipal Government.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Guillermo and Olga Seguin. Willie leaves behind his wife of 22 years, Dora M. Seguin.

His memory will live on in all the lives he touched.
