On Tuesday, October 12, 2021, Jo-Ann Pettigrew went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 61 years, James "Bob" Pettigrew of Lake City, Florida; a daughter, Debbie Newkirk (Bill) of Hendersonville, North Carolina; a son, Dan Pettigrew of Lake City, Florida; three grandsons; and two great-grandsons. In addition to her immediate family, she leaves behind a legacy of many others who were changed forever by her godly influence.
