Melvin Skaggs passed away November 2 2023, and he leaves behind a loving family and his wife of 50 years. He and his wife partnered together for 15 plus years serving as the church ambassadors for Operation Christmas Child. Melvin would spend hours every year assembling the flat boxes for others to fill. He was a true and faithful servant who will be missed by all who knew him.
