On September 21,2024, Ronald Charles Reiersen (Ronnie) went to be with his Lord and Savior. He was born Aug 13, 1966, in Brooklyn, New York.

He spent his childhood in Melville, New York. He graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1991 with an accounting degree. In Plattsburgh he met the love of his life, Kathy, and they married in 1993. They moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, then Indian Trail, North Carolina, in 2001. This is where they had two wonderful children, Kristian and Jared. He eventually got his Masters in Technology Management in 2003. In 2018, they moved to Myrtle Beach where they enjoyed walks on the beach and Sunday Funday with friends and family.

Ronnie was known for his love of life, his laugh, and the fact he never met a stranger. Everyone was welcome at the house and he made them feel like family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen Marie; his two sons, Kristian (25) and Jared (17); his sister, Gwen (Svein); his brother, Wayne (Jeannine); his sister, Beverly; his father-in-law, Daniel; and his aunt, Aggie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Eleanor; his mother-in-law, Margaret; and his nephew, Timothy.

His presence, his love for life and his laughter will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
