Christian Radio Trip Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By participating in this sweepstakes/giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you (“Entrant”) accept and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway runs from May 28, 2024 – May 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST. (“Giveaway Period”).
2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years or older and who are registered attendees of the 2024 Christian Music Broadcasters Momentum Conference at the time of entry. You must comply with all Terms and Conditions. Employees, immediate family members of employees, and directors or contractors of Samaritan's Purse, or the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association are not eligible for prizes.
3. How to Enter:
   1. Online submission:
      1. Complete the online submission form at samaritanspurse.org/OCCRadio and provide your contact information for a chance to win.
      2. You may enter only once during the Giveaway Period.
   2. Alternative Means of Entry
      1. Email your first and last name, email address, and mailing address to OCCMedia@samaritan.org.
      2. You may enter only once during the Giveaway Period.
4. Intellectual Property: By entering the Giveaway, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, (a) you grant Samaritan’s Purse a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of your entry, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, in furtherance of Samaritan’s Purse’s non-profit purpose; (b) Samaritan's Purse is not obligated to provide any authorship or design credit to Entrants, although it may choose to do so; and (c) Samaritan’s Purse shall not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with any uses of the entries.
5. Winner Selection and Odds:
   1. One (1) winner from the submission form and emailed entries will be selected at random by Samaritan's Purse at the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.
   2. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
   3. Winner will be notified by July 31, 2024. Notification will be made by Samaritan's Purse in writing via email.
   4. Samaritan's Purse reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, and winning entries will be the final decision of Samaritan's Purse.
6. Prizes:
   1. There will be one (1) total randomly selected winner.
   2. The Prize consists of an Operation Christmas Child Vision Trip for the winner and one (1) guest who is at least 18 years of age (“Vision Trip”). The Vision Trip will take place in the first quarter of 2025, with specific dates and location to be determined at the sole discretion of Samaritan's Purse. Location and dates are subject to change by Samaritan's Purse at its sole discretion. For the Winner and Guest, Samaritan's Purse will provide (i) Roundtrip, coach airfare departing from the domestic airport closest to the Winner's place of residence, (ii) accommodations during the Vision Trip (approximately 3-4 nights); and (c) all meals and transportation during the Vision Trip. Winner and Guest are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and meal costs during transit to and from the domestic departure airport at the start and end of the Vision Trip.
   3. If no eligible entries are entered, no Prize will be awarded. Samaritan's Purse reserves the right to make a Prize substitution in the event that force majeure events make the Prize impossible or inadvisable in the sole discretion of Samaritan's Purse. Force majeure as used herein means acts of God, war, government regulations, political or civil unrest, disaster, strikes, civil disaster, or other events of a similar nature or force.
   4. The Winner may not transfer or substitute a Prize except at Samaritan's Purse's sole discretion.
   5. The Winner is responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to provide information to Samaritan's Purse in order to facilitate receipt of a Prize, including completing and submitting any tax forms when necessary. It is also the sole responsibility of the Winner to satisfy any applicable reporting requirements.
7. Verification of Eligibility and Claiming of Prize:
   1. Prize award is subject to Samaritan's Purse's verification of the winner's identity and eligibility.
   2. The Winner will be notified via email. To receive the Prize, the winner must email OCCMedia@samaritan.org to provide a valid mailing address within the continental U.S. If the confirmation email is not received by Samaritan's Purse within five (5) calendar days of Samaritan's Purse's winner notification, the Prize is forfeited.
   3. In the event of a disqualification, Samaritan's Purse, at its sole discretion, may award the Prize to an alternate Entrant selected at random from the submission form and emailed entries.

9. Release
   BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES/GIVEAWAY, YOU RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SAMARITAN'S PURSE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL ACTIONS, CLAIMS, EXPENSES, AND LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES/GIVEAWAY OR ANY USE OF YOUR ENTRY AS AUTHORIZED BY THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES/GIVEAWAY RULES.
10. Publicity: Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, you authorize Samaritan's Purse to use your name, social media handle (if provided), likeness (if provided), and entry in any media or promotional material worldwide concerning the Giveaway without further compensation or consideration.
11. General Conditions:
    1. This Giveaway is void where prohibited.
    2. Information collected from you will be subject to Samaritan's Purse's privacy policy.
    3. By entering the Giveaway, you give Samaritan's Purse permission to contact you regarding subject matter related to the Giveaway as well as the ministry work of Samaritan's Purse.
    4. Samaritan's Purse has sole authority to interpret and apply the Official Giveaway Rules.
    5. Samaritan's Purse reserves the right to amend the Official Giveaway Rules at any time and will post any amendments on the Giveaway landing page.
