One of the simplest ways to leave a gift to Samaritan’s Purse in your estate—without re-writing your will—is by naming our ministry a final beneficiary of your IRA/retirement account or life-insurance policy. Transfer-on-death (TOD) or payable-on-death (POD) forms are a way of designating beneficiaries to receive your assets automatically at the time of your death without having to go through probate court. They also allow you to specify the percentage of assets each person or entity will receive. Simply contact the administrator of your IRA or life-insurance account and request a change of beneficiary form. To fill out the form accurately, you may need the following information:
Legal name: Samaritan's Purse
Número de Identificación Federal de Impuestos: 58-1437002
Date of Incorporation: October 10, 1980
Mailing Address: Legacy Planning, PO Box 3000, Boone, North Carolina 28607
Physical Address: 801 Bamboo Road, Boone, North Carolina
